This edible vegetable is not surprising for its nutritional properties, nor for its excellent flavor, not even for its healing properties. Its greatest feature is its fractal geometry. It is an excellent example of what nature can do better than computers. One of the most perfect computers is life itself, nature, the Creator, or whatever word you want to use to describe it. Look at the two photos below so you can observe in all its majesty the intricate spiral design , their self-similar structure and their fantastic beauty. It would have been spectacular if nature would have provided a gradient of colors instead of the usual green color, but then who would have been so brave to eat this vegetable?

Esta verdura comestible no llama la atención por sus propiedades nutricionales, ni por su excelente sabor, ni por sus propiedades curativas. Su mayor característica es su geometría fractal. Es un excelente ejemplo de lo que la naturaleza sabe hacer mejor que los ordenadores. Uno de los ordenadores más perfectos es la vida misma, la naturaleza, el creador, o como lo queramos llamar. Os dejo dos fotos más abajo para que podáis observar en toda su majestuosidad los intrincados diseños espirales, su estructura autosemejante y su fantastica belleza. Hubiese sido espectacular que la naturaleza nos hubiera brindado un gradiente de colores en vez del verde típico de las verduras, pero entonces quién hubiese sido el valiente de comer semejante verdura?
